Competitive Market Analysis and Program Design

Our Advisors assisted the clients’ management by conducting competitive market analysis to analyze, identify, and evaluate the proposed patient services models and make recommendations for creation, enhancements or adjustments to the models in order to best achieve brand goals. Support solutions developed included the development of a branded provider portal with connectivity to the HUB provider while others involved consulting support for FDA meetings and the creation of an exclusive specialty pharmacy engagement with full patient support services and specialty distribution.

Program Development

Our Advisors led the clients in the development of the strategic service models including channel stakeholder engagement where appropriate, such as the qualification of channel service providers in support of the brand objectives.

Program Implementation

Our Advisors assisted our client’s leadership in the implementation of the selected service models.  Where appropriate, our Advisors managed RFP development, the selection process, contracting, and implementation of new HUB services providers, as well as their integration with branded provider portal technologies.
